These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website evergardentelesisleadership.info and the services provided by Gr Syber Cafe Print Portal ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, adding money to your wallet or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.

1. About the Service

Gr Syber Cafe Print Portal is a B2B digital service portal for Common Service Centre (CSC) operators, retailers and distributors. Depending on what is enabled for your account, it may offer services such as Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, ration card and voter ID related printing/assistance, wallet recharge and other digital utility services. Services, features and prices may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.
• You must give true, complete and current information when you register, and keep it updated.
• One mobile number / email can be linked to only one account.

3. Account and Security

• You are responsible for your login ID, password and everything done through your account. Do not share your credentials.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may require identity verification, and we may suspend or refuse access where the details look false or unsafe.

4. Registration Fee, Wallet and Payments

• Registration fee: Retailer / Distributor / Master Distributor accounts may carry a one-time registration fee, shown on the registration page before you pay. Your account is activated only after the payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.
• Wallet: Money added to your wallet is a prepaid balance used only to pay for services on this portal. It is not a bank account or deposit, earns no interest and is not transferable to other persons.
• Payments: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways / UPI. We do not store your card details, UPI PIN or bank passwords. A wallet is credited only after the gateway confirms your payment with a valid transaction reference (UTR).
• Charges: Each service shows its charge. The amount is deducted from your wallet when you request the service. Taxes/fees, if applicable, are extra.
• Refunds and failed-transaction handling are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use any service for a person's Aadhaar, PAN or other identity documents without that person's knowledge and consent, or for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
• Create, alter, forge or misuse any identity document, or help anyone else do so.
• Try to bypass payments, abuse offers, exploit bugs, use bots/scrapers, attack, probe or overload the website or its APIs.
• Resell or share portal access or APIs without our written permission.
• Upload malicious code or content that is illegal, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the documents and requests you submit, and for following all laws and the rules of the relevant government departments and issuing authorities that apply to your work.

6. Service Availability and Third-Party Providers

Our services depend on third-party systems (for example payment gateways, government or authorised data/print service providers, SMS and messaging providers). These may be slow, change, or be unavailable for reasons outside our control. We try to keep the portal available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. See also our Disclaimer.

7. Commission, Pricing and Changes

Any commission, rate or margin offered to retailers/distributors is as shown in your dashboard and may be changed by us with effect from the date of change. We may add, change or stop any service, or change prices, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you break these Terms, misuse the portal, provide false information, are suspected of fraud, or where required by law or by a service provider. You may stop using the portal at any time and may ask us to close your account (see the Refund Policy for the treatment of any remaining wallet balance). If we suspend an account for misuse, we may withhold the balance until the matter is investigated.

9. Intellectual Property

The portal's design, logo, text and software belong to Gr Syber Cafe Print Portal or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them without permission.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gr Syber Cafe Print Portal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, business or data), or for losses caused by third-party systems, wrong information supplied by you, misuse of your account, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that particular service/transaction.

12. Indemnity

You agree to compensate and hold harmless Gr Syber Cafe Print Portal against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the portal, or documents/requests you submit.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. When the Terms change materially, we may ask you to accept them again. Continued use of the portal means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be tried to be resolved by talking to us through the Support page; if it is not resolved, the courts at the location of our registered office/place of business will have jurisdiction.
